The roof terrace, when accessible, offers a unique experience for sunbathing or lounging. The hotel’s overall design reflects an attempt at local style backed by a vibrant atmosphere.
Air conditioning in the rooms is a nightmare. it’s turned off daily, forcing you to trek to reception each time you want it back on. Rooms lack basic features like windows or proper storage, with bed size barely fitting the cramped space. The bathrooms are minuscule, creating awkward circumstances for anyone needing to sit sideways on the toilet. Moreover, cleanliness is a concern, particularly with old, stained linens that don't appear to be replaced during the stay. To top it off, Wi-Fi is limited to only the reception area so expect to fight for the signal along with other frustrated guests.

It was just a great match for a short break in Cartagena with very good value for money. The charming design reflected the local culture and made our stay more enjoyable. Try asking for a lower floor if you're not up for stairs.

The rooftop bar provides a stunning view of the sunset, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep the space cool, and it became quite uncomfortable during the hot nights.

Couple Perfect for a short break
The room we got was spacious and had a nice modern bathroom, felt kinda luxurious. Also, the location is unbeatable, step out and your right in the middle of everything, can’t complain about that.
It wasn’t the cheapest option out there but still acceptable for what you get.

The location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable, especially with our teenage kids. The nearby restaurants offered a variety of options that suited everyone's taste.
In my wife’s opinion, the local tax for foreigners was a bit of a surprise. It would be great if they could make that clearer for future guests.

Friendly staff made an early check-in a breeze, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. The spacious room featured unique local design elements, adding to the charm of the stay. However, the absence of English-speaking staff made communication a bit challenging at times, and the powerful AC had a tendency to make the room chilly. Dining options were delicious, with freshly prepared dishes satisfying our cravings after a long day of exploration.
